I enter the telephone number that I want to work from and nothing happens. The tool bar comes up but, it never calls my phone number. How do I fix this?

no matter where you go, there you are.
"This participation is persona and does not represent the United States Census Bureau." They make me say this.

On first guess make sure your RPL's allow you to call this ext. But really there are easier ways you can use Voice Item Maintenance or you can record with a 3rd party product then import the prompt with App Builder.

It worked when we were on CallPilot 4. We just upgraded to 5 and now, it doesn't work. Ideas?

You may have upgraded, but you have additional work to do. Your RPL settings are now at default, since your upgrade does not transfer existing RPL settings. Go back in and verify RPL settings for "switch" and "local". Do some testing. You'll get it...

You can check this in the event monitor in CP Manager and it should tell you why its failing.

but like they said...check the RPLs. Call Pilot is pretty dumb, so it likes to default during upgrades, but they will swear to you that ALL your information transfers.
