I have a Callpilot 5.0 on a CS1000. Last month we had to shut down power to both units due to electrical upgrades.
Since then, when accessing CallPilot the dtmf tones are warbled, extended and choppy resulting in difficulty entering extensions and passwords.
We rebooted the CallPilot once to see if that helped and it didn't.
The 3904 phones are fine, it only happens in Callpilot.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!

DTMF tones are generated in the CS1000 via the TDS circuitry. If you have physical Conf/TDS boards or TDS boards, run diagnostics on them to make sure they are functioning correctly. If you do not have physical Conf/TDS or TDS boards (Option 11 / CS1000E chassis based systems) then those functions are provided by the MGCs (you can still run the diagnostics).

If the diagnostics pass, then you can try disabling all of your TDS loops, then enabling them one at a time and placing test calls that utilize TDS resources to try to determine which ones are causing your problems.

DTMF is used only by Analog phones, 3904 uses digital to access CP
