CallPilot 5.0 No greeting with shared mailbox DN

We are running CallPilot 5.0. When we reach a shared voice mailbox, the system will play the 2 Personal Verifications, then if you press the corresponding number, it will give you a beep and start recording. I am expecting the greeting to be played before the beep. What do you think may be wrong?

Yes, both Internal and External greetings are recorded, and I can hear them through CP Manager.
