Callpilot 5.0 access

Just upgraded to CP 5.0 and there is a noticeable delay once I click login from web access. Once the main page comes up everything is normal. Anyone addressed this issue. Vendor mentioned something about possible security changes causing it to be slower.

Which version of CallPilot Manager do you have installed?

CallPilotManager installed and here it is
CP500S02G23C.msi

CP500S02G23C = 5.00.41.39

So your CP Manager Version is ok, perhaps you found a bug. You may want to contact your vendor so they can take the appropriate steps to report to Nortel.
 
for your info pronei CP500S02G23C does not = 5.00.41.39
it has the version of 5.00.41.39 you need to read the
readme.file and it will explain that to you.

You already have the latest CP Manager, so if the slowness is a major problem for you, you might want (or have your vendor) report to Nortel.

The problem appears to be with IE7 and our network. I do not have the problem when connecting with with machines using IE 6.
