callpilot 5.0 0 out to attandant 1

A call comes in and hits a menu/application. The call presses 0 and is presented to an m2616 on key 8 with 3 more roll over lines. Key 0 has thepersons personal line on it.
If that person does not answere the call how can I get it to go to a mail box?

On the phone make the lhk the last key with a number on it. Then all of the keys on the phone should forward no answer to the fdn of the phone.

Then build a mailbox for the number on key 8.

I'm guessing the this m2616 already fna's to voice mail.
