I need help identifying a problem I have here at my site.
I have a call pilot 4.0. My systems mailboxes are built with 5 digits.
I recently tried to implement my call pilot and somewhere along the way I must have changed a parameter affecting the way callpilot sees my mailboxes.
Now when a number forwards to callpilot Joan says "you have been forwarded to a voice mail system however the person at xxxxxxx (7digits) does not subscribe to this service".
When I modify a mailbox with all 7 digits it then will recongnize the mailbox.
Does anyone have any suggestion to what I might check to try and resolve this issue? Otherwise I will have to go and add 2 digits to every mailbox.
