CallPilot 4 No aswer when calls come from transfer

I´ve got a CallPilot 201i release 4.0, When I call direct to an ext. and This ext. does,t answer the call goes to the mail box ext, but When I ask to be transfered to ext. and If This ext. doesnt answer the call never reach the callPilot (the call is release).

(when I call the ext. 3999 directly the calls goes to the mailbox, but when I ask to transfer to ext. 3999 the call never reaches the callpilot)

 
add sfa to the set.. because the call is transfered, secondary call forwarding must be allowed on that set for rco to control the fdn

Check to make sure that your CallPilot ports are programmed with MMA in the CLS; check to make sure that the number the phone is set to FNA to is the voice messaging CDN and not the ACD queue.

What SU and peps are on the CallPilot?
