Callpilot 4 name dialling.

I have installed a new callpilot 4. I have one issue with name dialling.

I have created an application and it works fine until it get to the option that allows you to dial the person by name. It asks you to enter the last name first etc but whenever you try it says the name cannot be found.

If you try internally to compose a message and use the name dialling prefix ie 11, the feature works perfectly.

Any ideas?

make sure in COS that you select directory allowed

Also in the setup in the mailbox there is something about allowing the mailbox to be dialed by external numbers.
