We are getting a message error in our database.

Event from [] , Event: ID=25, Description: Dialogic Event Management system initialisation failed. This means that one of the necessary stages of the startup of the CT Server has failed. The CT Server will not start. You should try again to start the CT Server. If that fails. contact Dialogic Tech Support. .

No one is able to access there mailboxes and the system is not accepting any calls. When you look at some mailbox on callpilot manager you get this message

Error reading user attributes - MMFS cabinet is missing.
Error code: 60738, severity: 0, attribute: userstorageused, text 1: _F1.78564.-664

We have CallPilot version 04.04.04
 
Already did that. Still giving the same error.
 
Your DSP's are not loading. Reinstall the Languages to the DSP's using the "Config Wizard" and reboot. One or both of your PEC III cards may have gone bad. Have you have any commercial power problems lately? Is this machine on a UPS? Check all of your network connections on the ELAN side.
