Issue:

user without Desktop Messaging forwards a message to a user with Desktop Messaging but when the user tries to play the message via Desktop Messaging the CP portion in outlook crashes and cannot be played.

Desktop to Desktop works fine.

Maybe I need peps

It's only dialtone-VZ
