Callpilot 4.0 Unified Messaging Fax Messaging

I am trying to configure the fax messaging option so that a fax will appear in the inbox of Outlook. I have created the mailbox in callpilot and I put the DN in the fax messaging.
When I try to fax to the number, the fax does not recieve and answer and the fax does not appear in the inbox. What am I missing? I am using CallPilot S/W Version – 4.04.04

when you say you built the dn did you build as a phantom
dn and did you build a cdn for fax messaging?

no, how do you build a cdn for fax messaging?

if you go to ld 23 prt cdn cust 0 you will see the
cdn built for callpilot for messages build the fax cdn
the same way in the switch the get into callpilot
and put that cdn in the sdn table.

once you get the cdn built for fax in callpilot in the
sdn table make sure you make fax dn,then go back into
the switch and on the phantom dn you built make sure
it has all the fowarding and hunt to the fax cdn that
way wwhen you call it you the fax tone from callpilot
and that phantom dn has to be in the mailbox for what
ever person you setting up fax for.
