I have a mailbox 7938 that wants to forward a message to a mailbox 1129 but the callpilto system states that mailbox doesn't exist. the mailbox is a valid mailbox in the Callpilot system but the user is unable to forward an existing message to that mailbox. Other users can forward a message to this particular mailbox but this one user can't forward a message to any 11xx mailbox. Has anyone encountered this?
