Nortel has really locked this down now. To get this password, you have to go to the CallPilot 2nd Level training. And you are warned that if you are found to either have given out this password or in possession of it without this certification, you will be permanently barred from all Nortel access and support. What I meant to say was, certified in CallPilot 2nd Level Support (this is a class that Nortel ETAS/NETS teaches their distributor's technical support engineers).
as security was never the best part of nortel, i was able to decript te password file(not bad for a woman). I reset the password for user 000000 in support tools, and i do have a happy customer again.
Anyway i will follow your advice.
