I am getting some complaints from users that at different times Callpilot may ring 10 or 15 times before the lady answers, normally takes about 4 rings. I called and called and have not got it to do so, but some exec have even complained. Have any of you saw this before and what should I start checking. I dont see any major errors.

Place calls to Call Pilot check the display and write down the DN's that you hit, they will be to the right. If you are accessing them all it may be that you need more channels, because the calls go into que if all channels are busy
