I have a trouble when a voicemail is forwarded from a basic mailbox user to a user with desktop messaging. When the UM user tries to access the forwarded message, they hear the basic mailbox user's greeting, this is followed by a pop-up stating that callPilot has stopped working.
However, if 2 UM Subscribers use Call Pilot to forward there is no issue and the forwarded message arrives in the Outlook email inbox and plays on the Call pilot player with no problem.
Has anyone seen this issue, or can anyone offer any ideas on troubleshooting?
