CallPilot 4.0 External dial by name will not work 1

I have a strange problem with CallPilot 4.0 (11C rel.4.5).

On the main number from the PRI we have a menu service. Within that menu is an option to dial by name or number. When you call the main number (4 digit extension) internally the dial by name service work 100% of the time. However if the call orginates from the PSTN (PRI) then CallPilot responds with "That name was not found".

I've checked the RPL's and Mailbox classes but can't seem to find what is causing this problem. What is the correct configuration to allow for Dial by Name from external callers? Is there a class setting within Succession (4.5 11C) that may also be restricting the incoming PSTN call?

Any assistance would be appreciated. This is a new site with new numbers and getting the Dial by Name working is an urgent requirement.

 
Under each Mbox is a check for being able to Dial-by-name for External callers. Default is off. Check this field, and see what happens.

Sorry forgot to update this post. It was the 'Name Disable by External Callers' option that was to blame.
