CallPilot 4.0 does not play called number

Message is left in a CallPilot mailbox. User logs into mailbox to play the message. No information about the caller is played. Same problem with internal and external calls.

Any idea what this could be?

System installed:
CallPilot 4.0 (SU02)
CS1000M, rls. 4.50
 
Short prompts" might be turned on in the mailbox. It suppresses the caller ID and timestamp.
 
Go to CallPilot Manager:
1.Messaging->Dialing Information->Unknown Format Handling:
Check "Capture External CLID with Unknown Format",
and put "Default Translation" to "None"
