We have a CallPilot 4.0 with desktop messaging using Novell GroupWise 7.2 in some instances and GroupWise 7.0 in others. Half of our users are working properly and the other half have had numerous issues. The issue we are dealing with now is the inability to delete voice messages from the desktop messaging client by clicking on the trash can. The following error comes up: c:/Program files/nortel/callpilot/nmgrw/data/803/cp1c8d.vbk contains and invalid path and then GroupWise closes down. Of course the file number and name it references changes with each instance. If we close the voice message and delete it using the delete button on the keyboard, it will delete properly. We've been told that some of our issues could be caused by Outlook being installed on our pc's and conflicting with GroupWise. One of the pc's is using Activesync for a PDA phone, but the others are not. We've reinstalled both Desktop messaging and GroupWise several times, as well as have installed a Nortel patch that did help clear up our other issues. Any ideas on what else might be conflicting?
