We use remote text notification successfully on our CP 4.0.4. system (201i). All of the email addresses up until now have been like this, "username@domain.com". I recently setup a mailbox to send an email to "department.oncall@domain.com", with a dot in the username portion of the address and the remote text email never arrives.
Does CallPilot not like addresses formatted this way? If I replace the email address for this mailbox with a "normal" email address, like mine, it works fine. Also I can send an email through our normal email client to the dotted oncall email address and that works too, but CallPilot emails never make it.
Thanks for looking,
Greg
