CallPilot 3.1 Defaulting

I have had six CallPilot 150 3.1 default in the past three months. All the programming and Key Codes were gone. Has anyone else had this problem?
 
All have UPS's and 2 prong power supplies. One of them did loose it's programming after lightning strike. I am able to reinstall keycodes and reprogram the CallPilot. They appear to be working fine after reprogramming.
 
It might be good to get the release notes of the very next release of s/w from Nortel's site and see if there is anything under 'CR Fixes'. Six CP's doing the same thing without lightening or power surges/brownouts is very suspicious...........
 
3.1 comes in 16 buidls....which one? they ALL the exact same?
Latest software version and build is 31.10.31.22

Like the Flash the caps can only take so many power hits until they are no good anymore and cannot hold programming on a power down. Try replcaing just the cabinet and use same software to see.

As for a cause, I'd still look at power. Are they all using the same model UPS? Have the KSU's been effected at all?
