Callpilot 3.1 Chime on Alternative Message

On a callpilot 100 Rls 3.1 whenever the alternative message is used on a mailbox a chime sounds before the message is played. Is there anyway to get rid of this chime?

It just notifies it is a special greeting ...dont think that cud be disabled

Why are you using the ALt greeting?
