Hi all,

We had an issue with CallPilot 202i server and we change it by new card

We did reinstall from scratch of the new CP card and move the dongle to it

We have install SU11S and all PEP but when we run CP Wizard (through CP Manager webpage) on the entering keycode step, we enter the correct keycode but we got error saying (Error: Decoding Current Keycode)

Does anyone already seen this issue before ?

Thank you in advance.

I've found this report for you

Problem
Unable to validate keycode on CallPilot when running configuration wizard, get the following:- Error decoding current keycode

Initial Answer
Ensure CallPilot Manager version is version appropriate to or later than the installed SU.

Full Answer
If you get the above error and everything else checks out, then check the version of Call Pilot manager you are using. If it is an earlier version than was available with the SU currently installed on the server, you need to install the correct version (or a later one).

CallPilot manager versions are usually backward compatible with earlier SU/Software releases, but are rarely forward compatible. (Check readme of CallPilot Manager version to confirm compatibility).

Hi Firebird Scrambler,

Thanks for your answer, I already install the PEP: CP50041SU11S first then install the PEP of CP Manager:

CP500S11G06S.msi
CP500S11G13S.msi

But still having issue with decode keycode (from Wizard)

How you know what is the CP Manager SU to download it and what is installed ?

Thank you

You need to verify you have the latest manager PEP loaded as it will end in a C such as the one I listed here as an example. CP500S05G16C It will only install the manager as it is also the reporter but will not allow you to install reporter on the callpilot server.

Thank you, I have installed the CP Manager SU CP500S11G05C and the issue is resolved

Now, Im configuring the CP from scratch

Do you know what I need to configure on CallPilot in order to get the OPEN VOICE SESSION instruction (from AACC) working

It plays an announcement from CallPilot

Thank you.

I would assume you would need to program ACCESS ports in the Callpilot for the AACC Callpilot integration. If you are replacing the Callpilot that programming should still exist in the switch so it would be a matter of configuring ACCESS channels in the Callpilot.

Configuration is done in CP side, now I have a noise issue with announcement file of Callpilot

The format of wav file is:

PCM
8KH
16 bit
Mono

Sound files must be mono 8-bit or 16-bit files in WAV format, with a sampling frequency
rate of 11 kHz, 22.05 kHz, or 44.1 kHz. Also you may have to reboot both the AACC and Callpilot and in the proper order.
Take both down and then boot up the AACC to come up first completely and the boot the Callpilot up so the AACC grabs the channels before Call Pilot as they are programmed in both places.

Thank you, wav file is fine now, however, the Access port are not working
I can see them acquired by AACC and IDLE in CP Manager

On the AACC this is the Script cmd to play announcement on CP:

OPEN VOICE SESSION 19240
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT announcement1
END VOICE SESSION

Do I miss something ? I need to de-acquire the IVR/Access ports ?

Thank you.

The script looks ok I assume you have an access DN of 19240 that points to that announcement. If you need to de-aquire the ports you can go into load 48 and run the DACR ALL prompt on the 2 Links to take down all the ports referenced by both callpilot and AACC and reboot in the proper order.

Thanks for your reply, I forgot to add the SDN on the CallPilot side with type (Access port of Symposium)

I have add the SDNs on CP, deacquire/acquires the Access/IVR ports from AACC and then reboot CP

Finally, it works fine

Thank you for your help
