i have call pilot 202i in meridian 81c for transferring of calls coming on a DID route.i am using a CDN 7088 which has a DFDN 7089. and 7089 has ACDs on each TN of call pilot. i have used 7088 as ATDN in DID trunks which is also SDN in call pilot. i am using an application which welcomes the caller and then gives him 2 options.
a : dial the desired extension if he knows.
b : don't dial anything to access the operator.
The issue is when an outsider calls through DID ,the call pilot greets him, means to say he reaches the call pilot through a DID channel, but when he tries to dial his desired extension nothing happens.the system gives no response .even it does not accept the pressing of keys which is the desired extension of the caller. And the call automatically directs to the operator after a few seconds.
