I have to CallPilot 201i-systems, one is located in an Option 11C running 25.40B, the other in a Succession. Both sites have the same problem, the CallPilot will not accept calls to the CDN in Meridian. CDN is the main access to the CallPilot.
In both cases we can se that the CallPilot has taken control over the CDN (CNTL=YES), this also tells me that the ELAN-link is OK. And also all the agents in Meridian is logged in and idle. A call to the SCN-key on the agents makes the agent go into busy state, this tells me that is probably not a hardware-fault.
Any ideas????????

If CallPilot is started, do you receive the message CallPilot is running and able to accept calls??? And are all services running on the system???

You can check the services by starting the Service Monitor (Start -> Programs -> CallPilot -> System Utilities -> Service Monitor) on the Server. The only 2 services that should have an unknow status (If I remember correct) are the Multimedia Volume 2 and 3.

You can also have a look at the System Monitor to see if a DSP goes to active when you call the CDN...
 
There's a Patch for this (actually, a couple different ones) on the MPL. Its been going on for a couple of years. We have the patch installed, but sometimes when we're really getting hammered with calls, it misses some of the overflows to Call Pilot and keeps those callers in the queue. Actually, our luck has consistently been that it happens to our CEO who is calling from out of state.

In any case, a workaround was to create a phantom TN and send calls to that, which is DCFW'd to the number for VoiceMail. That seems to work well.
