Hi

I am having callpilot RLS5.0 installed in option-61c RLS5.5 CPPIV Machine.

I can send and receive faxes internally from extension to extension working perfectly.

I cannot send outgoing faxes externally by dialing accesscode 9.
Technically I programmed all callpilot extensions as UNR
NCOS 7
FQDN Assigned as callpilot.abc.com and VPIM AS 1
I disabled antivirus installed in my PC

Can somebody help me in this regard

Have you checked the RPLs within the CP? Also the class against the FAX... make sure that the RPL against it is sufficent.

Yes my RPLS are ok I deleted restriction for 9 and class against fax is executive for mailbox

still the problem exist

Taking a guess here, but if 9 = and ESN access code, have you tried to call out using the ACOD of a route to see if there is a possible issue with ESN?

Also, have you tried something like a mailbox external notification to see if one facility works where the other does not?

Well, my route ACOD is digit 8 and this is DOD ckt,
and no restriction in ESN also.
mailbox external notification also not working

Given that FAX and external notifications are not working, and assuming that you have no complaints from your extension users, its looking like your CP is the issue, and that has to go into either the RPLs or the allocation of RPLs within your classes.

To prove the above, create an extension with the same characteristics as the mail extns, and try it from there. Also, check to make sure that there are no TGAR / TARG restrictions.

Make sure Delivery to Telephone or Fax is checked under Unauthenicated Access Restriction within Message Delivery Configuration. The default is unchecked, so no external faxes are allow.
