I have a customer with a CallPilot 201i and the full system backup is scheduled weekly. If I go on the CallPilot server, the backup log file stopped showing the recent backup logs, however if I log into CallPilot itself, view backup history, summary log, the backups show completed successfully for the scheduled times and dates. Which is the correct file to trust or is there a problem? I just want to verify that the backups are actually taking place.
