CallPilot 201 4.0 CT and AML Errors:

We have serverial CallPilot Servers running 4.0 that are getting AML Link Down and CT Server Restarts which is causing service outages. Is there a patch out there for these type warm reboots.

What SU PEP are your 4.0 servers running? The latest out is CP040404SU04S.

Iniially it sounds like a Layer 1/2 problem. I would double check all ELAN hardware and cabling. Make sure the ELAN hub/switch isn't flaky.
