I have CallPilot Desktop Messaging 2.5 and i'm installing it on Windows 2003 (will eventually be a terminal server) the installation goes through fine until it gets to Nortel Fax and it fails saying "Unable to install the fax printer driver. The print spooler may be busy. Please restart your computer and try again." I tried stopping the spooler before installing but that didn't work. Does anyone have any info about this or am I forced to upgrade to 4.0? Appreciate any help. Thanks
