CallPilot 2.02 App Builder Can't Create New Apps.

I had to reload the winNT4.0 and the CallPilot, because the hard disk crash. Had to reload a few times. Finally was able to login the App. Builder. This is a new build and there is no applications in there. Try to create a new application and I get this error: "The system could not load the application from the server. Please check the connection to the server and try again" I have tried several versions of the app. builder, all resulting in this.

What am I doing wrong or did I miss something?
Aprreciate the help or suggestions.
