Callpilot 2.01i freezes when accessing by RRAS MODEM

Hi,

Got an interesting one here. I have a Callpilot 2.01i Rel 04.04.04 SU04, and every time I try to access the server remotely via RRAS MODEM the server half freezes. I can still access Callpilot Manager (from local PC) but voicemail channels do not answer and just ring out. A reboot is required to bring server back to full service. The problem occurs at the exact moment that the RRAS service answers the incoming MODEM call. System is patched to latest SU and PEP. Maybe hardware???? Anyone seen this before???

I never use the RAS service. I just set up an advanced network connection to accept incoming calls. this is the way they do it on symposium and I feel that it works better.

I haven't had an issue with this process since I started doing this.
