Via phone the Group Lists are programmed the same way as the Flash did.
Via CallPilot Manager
1. Click the Mailbox administration heading
2. Click the group lists link - The group lists page appears.
3. Click the Add button - The group lists properties page appears.
4. Click the Voice button and record the group list name.
5. In the Display name box, type the new Group list's name.
6. Click Submit button - The groups lists page appears with the new Group list added.
7. Click the members link - The members page appears.
8. Click the Add button - The Add Members page appears.
9. Select each mailbox that you want to add to the Group List.
10. Click the Submit button. The members list page appears showing the mailboxes you selected.
