Searched around a bit to find this closed & unanswered thread:
Which describes exactly what I see when I try to import files into our CP150.
Using Internet Explorer 9 and importing from a simple root directory (C:\CP150\Sound.vbk) one observes what appears to be a successful upload. However on playback I get the original manual recording I made via a handset in this voicemail box.
Using Firefox 5 and importing from the same simple directory, the web applet never indicates completion - just sits there forever.
VBK file plays great in the CallPilot Player (converted from a WAV file) so it is low on the suspect list.
Ideas I've pondered:
Are there any security settings buried on the CP150 to prevent it from importing files?
Can one FTP to a directory on the CP150 (akin to the Allworx style setup for importing files)?
Any help appreciated - hopefully we can get this to jive versus breaking out a speaker and placing next to a handset to record the professionally scripted voice over file we have...
