callpilot 150 report for call center

The last time I was on I had a problem with my rcc I was told to upgrade my software I found all my upgrades and installed them,did the down load for the data, everything looks and responds great
but when I try to print or view a report I have no skillset in any loc. any ideas how to get them into the rcc I can't find anything about this in the rcc set up
