when having saved messages in your mailbox and also new messages unheard.
the user listens to the new message, then wants to delete it but cannot cause the system says "you must delete old messages first"
but the user wants to keep the saved message's.
any way of deleting the new one first?

Change the COS value for this user to allow for more saved message storage.
Try COS 11 for example or edit another COS value and assign to this user to allow for more message storage.

Also the problem seems strange is your user deleting by pressing the digit 8 while listening to the message?
