Callpilot 150 Passwords turning invalid

I have recently instaled a new Callpilot 150 for a customer and passwords randomly turn invalid and it will need to be reset. Has anyone seen this before?

Go to COS and turn off the setting to 0 (0 days) as default is 30.
See if that helps.

You have to login with the browser to edit the COS on the Call Pilot. If your CP is not connected to the network then use an ethernet crossover cable from your PC to the CP ethernet port.
