CallPilot 150 on Compact ICS

New install 6 lines ring & appr on all 10 sets after 4 rings customer want's the call to go straight in General delivery mailbox for everyone to retrieve. They don't want to use the Auto ATT. I'v tried without success.

any help or ideas would be great

Try to make the business open and not assign an operator. I think that would send calls to General Delivery. See if that works thats all I could come up with in my head and I have never tried it or ran into a situation taht would require this. Let me know im interested

what I did was turned the ATT off made 1 set fwd no answer to Vmail and under CPilot gave the GD Mailbox the ext of the office manager.

I did need to blow away the Office managers personal mailbox to give the GD her ext.
