CallPilot 150/Mini Software Upgrade Questions

I currently have CP150 v3.0 software on my system. Is v3.1 the latest release, and if so, is there any advantage for me to upgrade to this version?

I have a user account on the Nortel website, but I am not a vendor, so I do not have access to the software. Is there anywhere else I can get the latest software release?
