CallPilot 150 Mini - Run config wizard

We have a Call Pilot Mini 150, the last IT guy that was working here just gone and left nothing to access it, I have being able to enter and change the IP Address, and I can enter in the serial interface with the default user/password, I ‘been reading about this in the forum and it appears the only solution is to run a config wizard, at this point I haven’t being able to find how to do this from the serial interface, I have an Option 11 rls 4 from Nortel connected with the Call Pilot, anyone can help me with this?

If the Option CallPilot is anything like the Norstar CallPilot you would access the configuration wizard from the browser interface.

You have not made it that clear on what the issue is or why you want to run the wizard but I am leaning to "how can I reset the admin password" is what your trying to say?

If so read the Callpilot Installation and Maintenance Guide, it will tell you how to reset passwords including Admin.
