CallPilot 150 mini backup problem

I was attempting back up my CallPilot 150. Shortly after the backup started, I got a error from Windows that the program had encounterd a problem and was being shut down.
So the backup ended without saving any information.

Any idea what went wrong? I am running Windows XP sp3. Do I need to be a local admin on the computer I was using?

The only time my CallPilot was successfully backed up was when a technician made a direct connnection from his notebook computer to the CallPilot with an internet cable.

Does sound like Windows on your PC is the issue.

Techs method was same, only difference was tech was using cross over cable where you are doing via Netwok switch......both being a Network.

Try another machine on your network.
