I have a customer with a CallPilot 150. They are having an issue where when a person calls and is leaving them a message, It cuts them off if they exceed the maximum message length without giving any type of warning. They are wanting the caller to at least hear a tone or a message saying they have exceeded the maximum message length. They had that with their old VM system which was not a Nortel product. I know how to change the max. msg. length in class of service, but can not find anything about the tone. I've checked the CallPilot manager setup and operations guide and the CallPilot software admin and maintenance guide with no luck.
