CP150 V3.1 with desktop messaging. Listen to messages just fine with outlook 2007 and callpilot player. In callpilot player the "Call Back Sender" button is grayed out both internal and external messages. Class of service is allowing outbound transfer. Any ideas on how to be able to use call sender feture in callpilot player or outlook. Thanks
