CallPilot 150 Call Center Overflow Rule Problem

I'm having a issue with my overflow rule within my Callcenter.

I'm runing Call Pilot 150 with these unlocked functions.

Subscriber Mailboxes 120
Enhanced Call Center
Active Agents 10
Skillsets 30
Intelligent Routing
Supervisor Monitor
Call Center Reporting

I have my CCR tree setup with 2 skillsets 2 & 3
I have 3 agents in each skillset

For some reason my overflow rule quit working in skillset 2

I currently have the rule set to rollover to skillset 2 from 3 if no agents are avaliable

Here's my day routing table:

1 Greeting 11, Forced, No Transfer
2 Distribute For 00:00
3 Greeting 9, Forced, Transfer
4 Distribute For 00:30
5 Greeting 9, Forced, Transfer
6 Distribute For 01:00
7 Goto Step 5
End

Overflow Rule:

1 Day 00:30 + No Agents Overflow: 3

skillset 3 does overflow to skillset 2 but not the opposite. both skillset rules are set the same.

My Call pilot manager web interface was craping out and I was getting all kinds of errors, unable to load page, etc. I verified issue to be physical layer and not network related. So I power cycled my CallPilot Manager.

Since the power cycle I lost my rollover in the overflow skillset??

Any Ideas as to why this would have happened and how to fix this issue? The overflow rule is set and shown as above but calls that come in never get transfered to the other skillset?

Webhost Server(IIS)Rcc system is as follows:

Scratch XP install bare bones.
XP - SP2
All Windows Updates.
.net 1.1 (Installed by installation did not update)\
Web ver is reporting 2.2.112
Not exactly sure how to get rev out of app server?

I'll check F-982 and let you know.

Is their a F-Code that will give me system info?
Also CP150 not certain how to gather rev #

Use f983 to log into call pilot admin programming, and press 9 to get the vm revision. On the phone system, open the front door of the cabinet. The small black sw card will have the sw rev labeled on it. It should say "MICS x.x" (I'm assuming you've got a mics, if you're using a CP150.)
