unified messaging , every so often the icon on the outlook is a pencil and paper icon and can't get the messages to play ,
reset vmail and all ok ,til next time it happens

i have asked before and people say upgrade ,cost is a factor with my customer and just wants to know where the problem is

so does anybody know what is causing this problem ????
is it just software glitches or a nortel mess up in programming
