callpilot 150 2.0 on mics can't acess new skillset

how do
i added a 3rd(keycode done) skillset to the callcenter 4335
it all looks good but can't get to it from the auto attendant
the other skillsets (4333,4334) work fine ,
i can call in to aa and dial the 4333,4334 and get the skillset but when dial 4335 get the skillset mailbox.
have reset the callpilot and am going to reset the system tonight

any ideas???

oh ps the ext 4333,4334,4335 are setup as companion ext#
(they don't use companion)

yup checked overflow
5 agents logged in (showing on ipview)
even the reporting is showing the skillset
just can't get to it from phone system
