Is there an error code book on the CP?

I am receiving a similar error when attempting to backup User Archives...

100302 1737 - Item 'Temp | mailbox | 4818' has been skipped (error: 41816).

100302 1737 - Item 'Justin | Fuggett | 4959' has been skipped (error: 41816).
100302 1737 - Item 'GA | THEATRE GA | 4002' has been skipped (error: 41816).

Has anyone else experienced this type of activity?

I have 2 other jobs running without any issues. Successful types are: AppBuilder Archives and Full System Backup (all three are saved to the same network share but in separate folders.

Troubleshooting I performed:
First, I modified the failing job to use a device that is working. Same result

Second, I built a new Voice Prompt Archive vs. User Archive backup job and defined the Backup Device (which is the same save path, credentials of the failing job). Backup job ran successfully.

I'm thinking its a bug within the software as it started after applying the latest PEPs.
