I have a CallPilot 5.5 and customers are indicating that we have a delay on delivery of messages or wrong date and time stamped, is there a patch for this or what should I look into?
We had this same problem in early 2009. Nortel advised we upgrade to current PEP's. None had anything to do with times, but we did and it resolved this issue after a reboot. I still think it was the reboot.

I remember putting in a large server Call Pilot and there was a patch for the time. The PEPs that came with the server were not valid and I was instructed to put in new patches.
Don't assume that all issues were resolved with new software releases. Check the latest SU patch levels and get them updated and you should be fine.
