callpilot 1002rp raid drives faulty

takes about 2 hrs per drive, nortel recommends to rebuild them 1 at a time.
some techs split the raid when they install patches (as per nortel recommendation)
are they all on the same controller? could be a bad controller on the RAID if you can't rebuild them?
make sure you have a backup just incase.....

oops sorry, you said they are all on channel 2.... so it would seem that either a tech did it and never rebuilt them, does not seem like it all 3 would die at the same time.....
try rebuilding 1 at a time but make sure you have a current backup just incase.
