I have a slight problem. I recently installed a PRI T1 into the office after using analog lines. If I call in on the analog lines, I get the right AA. If I call in on the T1, I get the default AA greeting. I tried moving tables and setting up lines 1-500 all with the same table/aa and have had no luck. I'm new to phones and any help would be appreciated.

If you are using PRI, then there should be DID's associated with it, you must find out the received digits and appropriately program that. Then you must program a target line, which start at 157 on newer systems to have the received digits for the number you are dialing. You may then program this to an extension or not. But you must program Target Line 157 in the voice mail to ring into the AA table. I hope I am on the same page with you!
