Hi there,
I can access the callpilot control panel via browser, here is what I want:

1- Caller hear greeting after few rings and be able to leave a message without be asking to press any extension number. I have 3 line with rollover feature
*** Can I set up an automated answering for everyday before and after business hours?"

2- is it possible if the line 1 is busy and then call come to line 2 caller hear a message saying pls hold we will be with you shortly?

The AA is for dialing extensions,MB's etc. If you want to the caller to leave just a message have the line ring on phone with a mailbox. But it can not have time of day greetings. And the stay on hold thing you could use a call center software but it's not cost effective.

for question 1, you can use AA, make a ccr tree with a Home Mailbox Node, then after the greeting plays, it will transfer to what ever mailbox you assign.
