I have a CP-100 that keeps initilizing and wont go to ready state. Power supply is supplying 9-VDC. Anyone knows who repairs CP's.
 
wrong forum ..try the norstar forum
connect the serial cable and monitor what is going on
 
I would check the power supply on the CallPilot as Nortel has seen fit to make this power supply an individual part number as so many have been burning out. If the power supply is defective and providing the CallPilot with uneven power, this could cause the v/mail to shut down.


There are only 2 seasons in Canada, Golf and Snowmobile season.
